CollapseI remember when it was whole. People walked up and down These streets, talking. I'd frown Because these sheep had no souls. Looking down the road, and Everything is broken. Cars and lights all fill the Streets; I do not see what Caused all of this pain. Rubble resting, quiet, Broken buildings seeming To be a warning, a Promise to return. The Road is bare of people-- But I am not to blame. Insanity was not the term to Use when talking about these Thoughts; so often would they tease And tempt me; but the feeling was not new.Collapse
